How do I place a return or exchange?
While we want people to love what we're making, we totally understand if things don't always works out. Please reach out to hi@blume.com with your order number and the products you'd like to return, and we'll take care of the rest. We do not have the capabilities to process exchanges.
What’s your return policy?
Reach out to us within 30 days of receiving your order and we'd be happy to help you our with a return! Please include your order number and send an email to hi@blume.com.
You'll be refunded the full price you paid when checking out, minus original shipping charges. Refund inquiries must be sent through email.
How long does it take to process a return?
Please allow 5-7 business days for your refund to process.
