How to Manage Your Blume Subscription

Hey Blume Subscriber! Welcome to your ultimate guide on everything you need to know about your current subscription and how to manage it on your own. 

I Want To Change My Delivery Schedule

Receiving too much product or not enough? Adjust your subscription to whatever schedule works best for you. Here’s how:

  1. Go to Blume.com
  2. Click on “Account” in the top right
  3. Enter your subscription email address and password
  4. Click “Subscriptions” 
  5. Click “Edit” on the subscription you want to update
  6. Click “Delivery Schedule” and select your preferred option
  7. Click “Update” and you’re good to go!

I Want To Receive My Next Order Sooner (Or Later) Than Scheduled

Running out faster than you thought? Or have more product than you need? No problem! Select the subscription item you want to receive right away to either skip or move up your upcoming order.

Skip: If you want to skip your upcoming order, simply click “Skip”. 

Change Charge Date: To receive your next shipment sooner than it is scheduled, click on “Next Charge Date”. You can select any day to have your upcoming order ship out or simply click “Order Now” to receive your next shipment ASAP!

I Can’t Log In To My Account, Forgot My Password

Can’t find your account details or having trouble logging in? Our customer service team has got you covered. Send us an email at hi@blume.com and we’ll send you an account invite or password reset so you can access your account.

I Need To Change My Shipping Address

Just moved? No worries, all you need to do is update your shipping address. Here’s how:

  1. Go to Blume.com
  2. Click on “Account” in the top right
  3. Enter your subscription email address and password
  4. Click “Shipping Information” 
  5. You can either select “Add New Shipping Address” if you don’t want to remove your old address or you can update your existing address by clicking on it and entering the new information 
  6. Click “Update” and you’re all set

I Want To Update My Payment Method, Email Address or Billing Address

Got a new card or want to change your method of payment? You can update your card details. Here’s how:

  1. Go to Blume.com
  2. Click on “Account” in the top right
  3. Enter your subscription email address and password
  4. Click “Billing Information” 
  5. Click “Card on File” and enter your new card details. For email or shipping address change, type in your new info.
  6. Click “Update” and you’re good to go!

I Want To Add A New Product To My Subscription

Great news! Here’s how:

  1. Go to Blume.com
  2. Click on “Account” in the top right
  3. Enter your subscription email address and password
  4. Click “Subscriptions” 
  5. Click “Edit” on any subscription item 
  6. Under the section Toss These In, simply select your desired new product and click “Add Subscription”
  7. Refresh your page and it will show up on the subscriptions tab with the same delivery schedule as your other subscription item.

I Want To Pause My Subscription

Need to take a break? No worries, just reach out to us at hi@blume.com to pause your subscription or adjust your next charge date.

I Want To Cancel My Subscription

If you wish to cancel, simply click “Cancel subscription” and select the reason for wanting to cancel. We are sorry to see you go! Reach out to us to see how we can help to show our appreciation for your love and support of Blume. <3
